Refund policy
We have a 20-day refund policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at qadirahygiene@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges/Returns
We do not accept return of products. If you have received any product in a damaged form, contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
